This week Mara and Elysia are joined and humbled by the “most efficient human on earth”, Elizabeth Suit. Elizabeth is a decorated fire fighter in Palm Beach, a coach at The Program, a veteran, a gym owner (multiple!); she holds 3 degrees: Biology, Equine Studies, and Business management— oh yeah! And she’s opening up a restaurant to further expand her community of heroes. The big question from our girls is “HOW?”— this is an inspiring interview with the ultimate go-getter.
